Each piece is worked by hand by a skilled artisan, in Naples, Italy, and therefore is one-of-a-kind. Imperfections are a celebration of the craftmanship and add value to the piece. If the product is out of stock, or you wish to customise it, email at customer@giunia.com or message us via Whatsapp.

Kindly be aware that the color depicted in the image may slightly differ from the actual product. You will receive your product wrapped in an up-cycled bag and accompanied by a handwritten personal note to you.

To extend the life of your piece, we advise avoiding contact with liquids or perfumes and storing it in the provided bag to protect it against direct light, heat and rain. Should it become wet, dry it immediately with a soft cloth.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, it takes between 2-5 working days to prepare your order. The delivery time depends on the country.

You will receive an email with the tracking number once your package is shipped. Please check more information about our shipment terms.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned and are not refundable.
