Shipping policy
Order Processing Time
In most cases, orders are shipped the next working day.
Delivery Times by Region
- Netherlands: 1 business days after dispatch
- EU countries: 1–3 business days after dispatch
- Outside EU: 3-5 business days after dispatch
Delivery times may increase during high-season periods. We usually do not ship on weekends or Dutch public holidays.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive an email with the tracking number once your package is shipped. Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments.
Shipping Costs
We offer EU shipping on orders over €200.
Shipping costs for other destinations are calculated at checkout.
No additional duties apply to US orders.
Carrier Delivery Attempts
If the package cannot be delivered, the carrier will hold it for the designated period and will contact you to arrange a new delivery. If a new delivery is not arranged within two days, the package will be returned to us at the customer's expense.
