Refund policy
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
To request a return or cancellation, please use the return and cancellation feature available through your customer account, or contact us at customer@giunia.com within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping is arranged by the customer. Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will make it right.
Exceptions
Custom pieces, personalized items (including gift cards), and sale items are final and not eligible for return.
If you’re unsure about your piece, feel free to reach out before purchasing — we’re happy to help.
Exchanges
If something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return your piece and place a new order for your preferred style or size. This ensures the fastest way to secure your piece.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
